By downloading, installing, or using Ingryd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Permitted use
Ingryd is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Not a medical device
Ingryd is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes based on health conditions.
No warranty
The app and all content within it are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Grydstone LLC does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Data accuracy
Nutrition information is sourced from USDA FoodData Central. While this data is generally reliable, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or currentness. Product formulations may change without notice. Always read product labels for the most accurate information.
Limitation of liability
Grydstone LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this app or reliance on its information. You assume full responsibility for verifying nutrition information before consumption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grydstone LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. In no event shall Grydstone LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Intellectual property
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of this app without prior written permission from Grydstone LLC.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith written negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Wyoming. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes
Grydstone LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current Terms are always available at ingryd.health/terms.
